The damage on your vehicle will be assessed by one of our experienced and qualified assessors and an estimate will be provided for the repair work required.

When you contact us we may ask you to provide pictures of the damage sustained on your vehicle or we welcome walk ins.

Repair

Once the estimate for your repair has been agreed we’ll carry out the necessary repairs as quickly as possible to get you back on the road and we’ll give you an estimated completion date for the repairs. We actively promote a repair over replace methodology, but where parts are required we use insurance company-approved parts which are covered by warranty.

Refinishing

The paint work is your vehicles skin and it’s not there just to make your vehicle look good, it also helps to protect the underlying materials from the elements.
Our expert refinishers can mix paints to create over 100,000 different colours meaning that we can get your repaired parts looking at good as new and our specialised spray booths give our technicians a clean and safe environment to refinish to the highest of quality.

Courtesy Cars

Here at Blackline Accident Repairs we have a fleet of courtesy cars available for all our customers to use. If your insurance policy includes the use of a courtesy vehicle then this will be as per the terms and conditions of your policy, and you will be automatically insured, but if you don’t have this cover included on your insurance policy then we can still provide you with a vehicle, subject to availability, but you will need to organise your own insurance to cover the use of this vehicle.
